The two failure modes

The dashboard trap. SaaS tools show you everything and surface nothing. Your accountant set up Xero beautifully. The data is all there. Nothing tells you what to do.

The hour-billing trap. Big4 advisory bills hourly with scope creep. Independent consultants take project work and retain for the next one. The advice is sometimes excellent, but the cadence is wrong for monthly decisions in a $5M-$50M business.

What this is instead

A fixed monthly fee. A signed board pack on the 5th business day after month-end. Three decisions, sized to your numbers, with the maths to back them up. Reviewed and signed by a real person before it reaches you.

What we don't do

We're not your tax agent, registered accountant, or financial planner. We don't lodge BAS or income tax returns. We don't hold an AFSL and we don't advise on financial products. When something falls outside our lane we tell you straight and refer you on.
